MD DGS, Baltimore City Community College, Campus Assessment & Master Plan

WAI provided assessments of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment for Baltimore City Community College’s Liberty Cam. These facilities included:

  • Physical Education Center
  • Harper Hall
  • Facilities
  • Performing Arts Building
  • Main Administrative Building, New
  • Main Administrative Building, Old
  • Nursing Building
  • North Pavilion
  • South Pavilion
  • West Pavilion

WAI provided full MEP assessments of these 12 buildings. During this assessment WAI: reviewed all documented materials, performed a field study of all MEP systems and equipment, and interviewed the Owner’s facilities and building operation staff.  The following systems were assessed: HVAC, plumbing, interior lighting, power distribution, lightning protection, fire suppression, fire alarm, security system, access controls, video surveillance, and IT wiring infrastructure.
