WAI provided mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing design for this 42,000 sq. ft., $3.1 million library renovation. This design included: all new interior lighting, restroom upgrades, two new restrooms, tenant fit-out of office spaces and reading spaces/meeting rooms, HVAC upgrades and relocation and addition of power.
