WAI provided design and integration of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a renovation to existing space in the Verizon Chesapeake Complex POD E1 for a new Fitness Center. The project included the necessary interior alterations to 7,060 sq. ft. of existing floor area to provide a new Fitness Center, new public restrooms, new men’s and women’s locker rooms, new Group Exercise Room, and a new Multi-Purpose Room.
