Prince George’s Police Tasks

Since 2014, WAI has provided mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing design multiple projects for the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Our initial task was the modification and renovation of the 41,000 sq. ft. Property and Evidence Warehouse.  Our second task was for the tenant fit-out of the 7,000 sq. ft. CSI Office. And finally, our most recent task was for the 53,500 sq. ft. of office tenant space re-fit-ups, as well as 20,200 sq. ft. of the parking garage for the Police Academy Building.

These spaces included: warehouses, kitchenettes, administrative spaces, lobby and vaults, conference rooms, classrooms, labs, etc.
