St. Mary’s College

This design-build project involved mechanical, electrical and plumbing design of the new athletic stadium and support facilities at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Key features of this project included: two athletic fields, two 800 seats grandstands, parking lot, site lighting and a support building including team rooms, showers, officials’ rooms, food service and restrooms.  WAI’s design services included: HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, interior and exterior lighting, power distribution system (normal and emergency), and low voltage design (including stadium sports system wiring infrastructure).
